Sunny Breaks

Here’s one for the space nerds. Via the fix – a really comprehensive scale gridding of spaceships [it’s a long-loader, over 2megs] from star trek and other sci-fi. My faves have always been the orange Ferengi ship (nice shape, nice lines) and the old school Romulan bird of prey (with the picture of the bird underneath). There’s also a few normal things there like the Eiffel tower and uh Godzilla. I have a couple MicroMachines versions sitting around here that I grab a play with when the net jams up between sites.
Oh wow! – You can also move them around. Super cool.

I bumped into that site a few wekes ago, but couldn’t manage to make the page appear.. I think it was really busy.

.. now I am at work (dialed up) and don’t want to do the down load.. sounds cool though. Is it worth the effort?

Yeah – it’s pretty neat! For a second I thought you could line the ships up right next to eachother, but they seem to be stuck in boxes. And there’s a couple of boxes of much smaller ships like the Millenium Falcon which are supposed to pop-up to a bigger size – but I couldn’t get it to go – maybe that’s just Opera…

Good from a home machine maybe. I saved it and might make a picture of Godzilla with a spaceship in his mouth.
